Ryan D. King
Born in Houston, Texas.Ryan King is an associate at Goforth Easterling LLP. Mr. King represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters, including product liability actions, commercial disputes, and personal injury cases.
Mr. King attended the Virginia Military Institute on a soccer scholarship and graduated with distinction in 2005. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2010, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. King was an accomplished member of the nationally recognized Moot Court team, receiving awards, including the Best Brief at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Dean's Student Advocacy Service Award. He also won the Scribes Award for third best brief at the Scribes Brief-Writing Competition, which is hosted and judged by the American Society of Legal Writers. Mr. King worked as a law clerk at Goforth Lewis throughout law school and joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
